Commercial Export Terms & Conditions
1. Commercial Trade Framework
All international glass quotations and consignments arranged through KAANCH are governed under International Commercial Terms (Incoterms 2020), specifically standardizing upon FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT) / Mundra or CIF (Destination Port of Entry).
2. Tolerances in Mouth-Blown Articles
Due to the hand-manipulated nature of free-blown and mould-shaped artisanal glass, minor variations in wall thickness, subtle seed bubbles, and dimensional differences (±3%) are innate characteristics of authentic glassmaking and do not constitute manufacturing non-conformity.
3. Custom Moulds & Tooling
Tooling, cast-iron molds, or graphite shaping forms produced for bespoke OEM/ODM commissions remain under exclusive production hold for the commissioning client as detailed in their specific project schedule.
4. Freight Insurance & Damage Reporting
Every container and LCL consignment dispatched under CIF terms includes marine cargo insurance. Inspection for freight damage must be documented within 72 hours of customs clearance with photographically verified crate seal logs.
